    I regret ever picking up the phone to call Front Range Refrigeration. The way they treated us was completely unacceptable. We were misled, ignored, and dragged through months of stress trying to pay fairly and resolve a simple issue. We mailed certified letters, left voicemails, and even sent paymentwhich they returned and refused to acknowledge. The owner wouldnt speak with us directly, the office staff ****** responsibility, and they ultimately took us to court over a few hundred dollars rather than show an ounce of professionalism or decency. This isnt how you treat people. You made what couldve been a simple resolution into an exhausting, emotional ******* anyone thinking of working with this companybeware. If anything goes wrong, dont expect help, fairness, or even basic communication.Front Range Refrigeration: Do better.

    I'm a subcontractor I recently worked for this company, they promised a certain price, also offered more money if you help modify their plans, they add extra things, and when I was done with all the work they payed what they wanted. All the extra work they don't bother paying. They owe me more than $1.000+ they rob you out of your work I have proof of everything, I have the checks, messages, friends who saw me working in the project

    Upon our notification the subcontractor refused to complete the repairs and bad work that our inspections discovered. We were forced to finish the repairs with another company.

    I did all my work, and they didnt pay me in full, The repairs were extra work that I wasn't gonna get paid for. They kept adding more work everytime we finished certain things. I have pictures of everything I fixed, extra that we did that was added for proof. Its obvious that they have to make up things to deny the truth

    I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company. Unfortunately, they are the **** company that installed the **** system in a new house that I purchased from Richmond American. We quickly found out that one of the bedrooms in our house (our 1.5 year old son's room) is much hotter than the rest of the house during the summer (it hovers around 80 degrees when the rest of the house is at 68 degrees).I called Front Range to ask them to check out the issue, and they sent someone out that increased the fan speed and tweak a few other things. That didn't fix the issue, so I called them out three more times without an appropriate fix being put into place. They eventually bought a flir gun to measure the heat in the exterior wall of that room, but this didn't provide them with any info that they could use to fix the issue. Myself and the Richmond warranty rep discovered that they misplaced the vent in that room, but they refused to move it citing structural reasons, etc.During the time that I've worked with them, they have been extremely uncommunicative. This ranges from calling and getting no helpful information from the girl at the front desk (she sounds very young and is not at all knowledgeable), to speaking with managers who have promised to call me back and email but have not. I finally had to call the owner (*****) and had to explain to him that it's not appropriate to not have a fix for the issue after 6 weeks. It's become clear over time that him and his team are not at all knowledgeable in the field of ****.Richmond themselves are also not a fan of this company, although I can't speak to why they employ them as a sub-contractor. I was recently informed that they installed a whole-house humidifier incorrectly and that it caused the house to flood. In typical fashion, they would not accept the blame or help to fix the issue.I don't often post reviews like this, but please, think twice before considering this company. They are at the top of th

    After discussion with the engineer we formulated a plan to correct the temperature issue. We presented the solution however that was not approved by local management.
