The mobile park issued a boot to my car when I was parked as a guest of the park. There are no signs that warn guest or residents about the issue. The only sign on the property says no overnight street parking. This is inaceptable as there are no signs that warn about this issue. I should have received a warning or been advised as to before getting the boot placed on my car.

    Hello,

We received the notice that you sent us via mail. Like we explained to the guest, we have an agreement with ****************** that patrol our community for residents that are not following the parking rules. We do not get any money from their booting or towing. After speaking with the manager of ****************** they have agreed to return the fee to the residents guest. I would also like to point out that all the residents in our community received an email on April 2nd letting them know that as of May 1st, street parking would no longer be allowed in the premises and a follow up mass text message to all the residents phone numbers on April 29th with a reminder of the rule being enforced on in the community. All the residents have the same space agreements where it states that street parking is not allowed in the premises and all streets have been designated as fire lanes. It is the responsibility of the primary lease holder to inform their occupants and guests of this rules.

Please feel free to contact our office for any questions at ************
