    In May 2022, I spoke to customer service about the transfer of $480 to credit. **************** explained that my balance would be transferred to credit so that I would not loose my balance and that I would be able use my credits at my convenience in the future. Im agreed to those terms. A couple months later I spoke to customer service since I could not locate my credits. **************** explained that the transfer had not been done and that I lost my credit.

    We appreciate this feedback. We value your business and will detail the steps we have taken to meet your business needs. 
    On June 28th, 2022, you chatted with our support team to learn how to pause your account. Our support team sent you a Help Article on how to cancel your subscription with Verblio. Your account had unused credits available that would have lost if you did not use them within 3 months. To prevent this, our support team shared that they added a monetary credit to your account for $479.80 to be used whenever you reenabled your account with Verblio. The Verblio support team  didn't receive a response from you.


    On June 30th, our support member identified that your subscription had not yet been canceled. The  reminded you that the subscription needed to be terminated to avoid unwanted charges. The Verblio support team did not receive a response from you.
    On September 11th, 2022, you chatted with our support team about why your account continued to be billed monthly. We verified that the subscription was still active, leading to the charges, and sent you the article on terminating the subscription again. As a courtesy, we refunded your subscription fees from July, August, and September for a total of $359.85, in addition to the original monetary credit of $479.80 that remains on your account to be used at your convenience. 


    On September 27th, there still appeared to be confusion around the credits and refunds, so we offered a call to clarify the solution. You declined to discuss this with us further. 


    An attempt has been made to get in contact with you to ensure you know the credits remain on your account, and that we are eager to continue helping you meet your content needs.
