    I have been using the Ringy CRM platform for several years, I spend hundreds of dollars a month. Ringy sent me an email questioning two telephone numbers and requested several compliance responses from the lead vendor, to which I have contacted the lead vendor in question for their formal response. I am still waiting.The problems here are several things: 1. This lead was bought from a legit lead source, and in addition to that. I also scrubbed the leads a second time to cross check the *** list. This company is claiming that these two numbers are on the *** list, which is completely false and I can prove that this claim is false.2. They just immediately flagged all of my texts/communications as "spam" and graded my account as "F" without giving me the 3 day window to even respond with the data they were requesting from the original lead vendor - which means my account is completely frozen and I am unable to even work or communicate with existing potential clients that I was in the middle of conversations with. Now I'm completely blocked from calling/texting on the platform.3. When I contacted their ****************** *********** they were snarky and unhelpful. They even went so far as to say in an email, and I quote, "the Ringy compliance team specializes in SMS compliance within *****************, not customer service." - this is how they treat their long-term customers. 4. They are also saying that my account is being flagged for a high opt-out percentage. My messages INCLUDE TCPA compliant opt-out language...how is this my fault? So I'm being flagged and punished because people opt out of my messages? How is that something I can help?5. They immediately blocked my account without even giving me their requested "3 day" response timeframe to gather the information they requested from the original lead vendor. This means I am unable to work my business until this lead vendor responds. 6. The two leads in question were never even sent out.

    I have filed a previous complaint against Ringy, ID# ********.  They have since resolved the matter to my satisfaction, so I would like to withdraw my complaint from the BBB. Please confirm once this email is received, thank you.
