    Please be weary of attending this fitness center. They are not clear in their contract, nor are they kind when approached with concerns. I had emailed the financial institution where the contract stated I should call to cancel, and was told I needed to contact the center itself. I then emailed the Evolve Martial *********** and was told that I had to pay for an entire month after the next billing cycle, not the ******************************************************************************************** the contract, and the manager was not kind, nor considerate in his response. Then I received an extra recurring bill for "equipment fees" which was not taken off.This is disheartening because my daughter enjoyed learning from her instructor, and this has put a damper on the whole experience.I truly hope that they fix the wording of their contract to be more clear and have gained insight into thoughtful, professional business practices.

    This business is continuing to charge my credit card long after we have left it's services. When we were pressured to sign up in April we made it clear we were moving from Denver to Loveland in July & would no longer be attending. We were assured this wouldn't be an issue. My children have no set foot in the studio since June yet they have charged me $350 tuition for the months of July, ******************* I have made repeated calls, ************** to be refunded yet they refuse. And they are still charging my card. I need help.
