On Thursday, 5/11/23 at 12:03 PM, I called Treetop HVAC & Masonry to look at a leak coming into my utility room from where the furnace exhaust exits the home. Treetop had installed a new furnace on March 28, 2023.I was given an appointment slot of 1-4 PM for the same day (5/11/23), and I received an email notifying me that a job had been booked (#******). That time came and went with no contact from the company. I called at 4:31 PM and was given the option to schedule an appointment the following day, 5/12/23, from 9 AM-12 PM, which I accepted.Friday, 5/12/23 no one came or called during the 9AM-12PM window I had been given. I called Treetop and asked what was going on. They said the technician would be at my home in an hour. I asked to speak to a manager, and I was told that a message had been sent to a manager to call me. Eventually, at 2:47 PM, the technician arrived and "fixed" the leak. I paid $1080.00 for this repair.Wednesday, 5/17/23, late at night I heard dripping and discovered the same exact leak that had supposedly been fixed on 5/12. In the morning, I called Treetop at 8:15 and was told someone would call me. I called at 9:56 AM and 1:17 PM and received the same message each time: someone will call you. I also called the technician from the 5/12 job at ************, and he told me he was not in town but that he would contact a manager. At this point, I have not received any communication from the company, and have been told false information on multiple occasions. During the 1:17 call, I was told that a technician had talked to me and we had agreed to an appointment on Wednesday, May 24th, which is a fabrication. I did not have any such communication. I was also told that emailed records of the requests for a manager to contact me would be sent to me via email. They have not been.
