    This is the BEST mattress pad topper I have ever used. After having a lumbar fusion from an 18 wheeler hitting me, I found my bed was too firm to sleep on during recovery, or for that matter, ever again. I remembered I had their air mattress and pad in my sofa sleeper and decided to try it out. I can't begin to tell you the happy tears I had after lying down on this topper pad and air mattress. I felt immediate relief from my pain. When I am able to, I plan on buying a king size pad to put on my mattress in my bedroom so that I can stop sleeping on the sofa bed. I don't know what I would have done without this. I have tried others in the past and none of them worked for me. I'm so thankful for you guys!

    Bought a mattress and was told we need to get ahold of the manufacturer for warranty. ***** to a guy there back in late September early October and was told the parts are not available and on back order. Tried to call number of time afterwards to see the status and no answer. I call just the other day spoke to a lady told her what happened and was told to text her with the messages from him. Spoke to a guy in charge and he was basically dodging questions because of the poor customer service of the first guy. Was told it don't matter what he said because he did not ask for a credit card. So we need up buying a new mattress because of the poor customer service and yes the mattress was still under warranty.
