Jams Denver has a bad product a lot of ex parte practices and they lied from the beginning. First off I was looking for an way to arbitrate against canvas Cu a law firm contacts me prior to picking jams and says we're jams. Consumers pay 450$ other Arbitration companies r at least 4000. Well yeah they were jams by the end the defense was exactly quoted in the decision on March 25 2025 the arbitrator used the closing statement and again on April 15th he finalized it with the total defenses case as if I don't exist never spoke or had an affidavit. The contract I was disputing was never even shown they argued I had some other contract it was not the one I signed. When I bought jams services I was told I don't need an affidavit I don't need a witness I don't need to do anything I didn't believe that. Every level said it's true you tell us what the deal and what evidence you need we will collect it all and arbitrate they tell me this on every level anyone I spoke too. There r more examples of this behavior. That all of the sudden I am yelled at you r representing yourself you bring evidence. Bad meetings unsharpened arbitrator and incompetent case managers. No timelines no structure no schedules there bad people
