    I have cancer,they feeled to tell me total price I gave them 150.00,then they proceed to tell me they want more money,I told them with my chemo treatments and all the hospital bills I can't afford it,I asked them for my refund they said no,it's pretty shifty of a company to take money from a cancer patient.i can't wait for this company to close down.

    I tried to get my card through them beacuse I have a stomach disease and I havent been on meds for a bit now bc of insurance issues and cannabis helps my day to day life easier if I dont have the medication I need and so I applied because it says same day approval but thats irrelevant if I cant the certificate alone for over 2/3 days thats misleading and should be upfront to the customer not after, I was searching for it through emails and whatever else could be after no one wanted to let me know itll be that long and than I called and no one answered and than finally someone answered but they were rude and they said itll be in my email in 24 hours to ******************************************************************************* beating around to there everyday ******* working customers

    In January ********************** ***** through Veriheal. Apparently he messed up my prescription and neglected to prescribe the batteries which are necessary for vaping.I have sent four emails to Veriheal. They have not been able to resolve the problem, and their latest suggestion is that I find another doctor. How is this fair? I have to pay again for what I thought I had already paid for? Next stop Small Claims Court.

    Company does not give you back you refund for up to seven days even though the money came out of your account instantly when you made the appointment you had to cansel.Customer service will not transfer you to anyone to complain about slow rolling peoples money back so they can use that money to play the ponies or stocks

    Signed up to talk to the Dr early morning. Set my online appointment for **** am. Got a notification an hour and a half early the Dr was ready to speak with me. Their was very patient with me as I don't hear well. Within 15 minutes I was approved for my card

    I cannot even get through to book a consultation and application too repetitiive with too many different people calling me constantly asking the same questions. My radiologist gave me the site but these reviews are mixed and I can't get to the next step online. Not going to repeat my info anymore. It's all online. Im at a hospital staying for treatments. But I'm very ***** of passing ********** to this company. Who is really legitimate and speaks English that I can speak too abd actually can see my application that's completed. Evertimevi go to the next step it takes me back to an empty profile page too.

    This company is 100% a scam. They take your money and then leave you hanging when the doctor is supposedly calling you. They will call you and the give away for me should have been that they dont speak like an educated medical professional at all and you hear background chatter. Pay attention to the numerous emails/text messages you receive telling you to upload documentation. No legitimate company does these things. Stay away from them and any other company doing this sort of thing!

    This company is scamming medical marijuana patients in **. They told me there is a one time fee of $250 and then it's only $50 to renew every year. This was a lie because now they want $179 to renew.

    awful. *********************** never even showed up for our appointment. i waited 30 minutes and called customer service twice for them to try to contact him and he never answered. i would never recommend this platform. i wasted my time and couldve met with someone who actually cares to do their job on another platform. choose somewhere else.
