I last visited this business on march 24th. I paid a total of 968 I had scheduled an appointment simply for ***** for my forehead a brow lift and between my brows. The entire purpose was to open up my eye area. I paid a deposit of ***** and was under the impression that the cost would 7 dollars a unit. I have recieved ***** for over 10 years and never paid this much or had this horrible of an outcome, Ive always been happy with *****, never had a bad reaction. I was felt I overpaid when leaving but didnt say anything, trusting the results would be great. 3 days later I drove all the way back because my eye was so droopy it hurt, my brow on my one eye was covering my eye. They admitted they had frozen my forehead, they gave me some vitamin shot they said in my forehead which left me with a rash, they then proceeded to roughly massage my forehead. They put some ***** beneath my eyes to help they said and they told me it would be better very soon not long maybe a week or two. Ok, today its been nearly a month. It is not better it is the same or worse really because now both sides are droopy. I messaged the business about my concerns a week and a half ago, no response. I messaged again two days ago and was told the salon manager would get back to me, nothing finally they respond and basically blow me off tell me not to contact them, they have also blocked me on social media which is clearly shady, I have been devastated by this barely leaving my house in the last month. Its caused me to not even work. I look horrible my brows are noticeably much lower making me appear mad all the time, its also painful giving me headaches, I tried to be understanding and reasonable I have waited over a month, they know they messed up, they admitted that. Its not right to charge someone almost 1000 and mess up their face, and a month later its still not ok and they dont think they should refund me any of my money? Thats crazy. And the way they have treated me is awful.

    Business Response

******* Zdziennicki came into our office back in February for a dermal filler in her cheeks and jawline.  She seemed happy with our services and decided to come back and book a different service almost two months later. She scheduled a nuerotoxin service herself online for March 24th, which is a completely different service and product.  Our injector gave her recommendations to address her concerns, and ******* asked the injector to move forward.  ******* agreed and signed the service plan with amount of units and price which was 90 units for $719.00 ( $8.00 per unit which is a very good deal, normally $9).  ******* had toxin placed in her forehead 24 units, 2.5 units on each side of temporalis, 6 units on each sides crows feet, 2 units on each side bunny lines, 15 units in the glabella lines, and 15 units on each side of the masseters.  Totaling 90 units spread around the face not all in the forehead ( see service record with Chelsies initials.  ******* booked her appointment herself online choosing 50 units for $399 package deal and she did not choose existing maintenance tox service at $7 per unit because that was the first time we took her for tox in those areas. ******* came back for a routine follow up after 2 weeks and we determined the tox worked well and the injector stated she was frozen, which means she didnt need any additional units.  She took that term frozen and ran with it to try and get a refund.  That term doesnt mean anything bad happened, it is a term used quite frequently to describe the forehead is relaxed, which is what happens when we place nuerotoxin in the forehead and relax (freeze )muscles leaving a smoother appearance.
Note*  ******* asked us to dissolve her old migrated lip filler ( previously done at another MedSpa) and that may have contributed to the unwanted changes. Although she isnt complaining about that part, I just wanted to bring attention to how dramatic that can change her appearance bringing back her natural lips.  She is stating she is unhappy about her eyelids but we did not treat the eyelids or anywhere near the tail of her brow to avoid drooping of the eyelids. Although this is common amongst other medspas, its why we avoid putting tox above and below the eyebrows.  But, even if that were the case, she read and signed all risks and consent that outline the risk of drooping.  Chelsies eyelids look the exact same when reviewing her unfiltered before and after photos.  I recommended her to visit another MedSpa and they may add tox to lift her brows, as we dont like to take the risk with tox placement above or below the brow.
The way ******* went about this situation was alarming, as she never actually called our office.  She complained on our instagram page and when our manager reached out to address her concerns, she never called back or responded to our text ( have record of this).  A week later she then texted our receptionist and demanded a refund. Again, our manger responded and let her know that a refund was not an option and that she signed all contents and our refund policy, and being frozen wasnt grounds for refund.  After reviewing all aspects of her service, we believe we provided Chelsie with a great service and pricing and voiced that to her.  She then started harassing us on all platforms to the extent where we had to consider pressing charges.  She claimed she will take our business down and report us everywhere.  After doing some research, we found out that she has several warrants for her arrest and has scammed multiple medspas, salons and court cases of theft.  We therefore decided she was a risk and didnt feel comfortable taking her as client any further.  She continued to email us threatening defamation of our business.  I will attached consents, refund policy, service record and the criminal accusations against *******.
