      I have medical transport through modivcare and I have filed several grievances with Modivcare to have them unresolved this problem is causing me and my children to miss scheduled drs appointment I have called supervisors through ******** and modicavcare and I have not had one successful ride they keep apologizing and saying they promise it wont happen again and it continues my children as well as myself have disabilities I just want to make my appointments

      ModivCare spoke with ************** who denies that she was picked up on 10/21/2022and did not sign for transportation since no one arrived. **** GPS indicates that the member was allegedly picked up at 7:18 AM and dropped off at the appointment at 7:27 AM. For the return, the member was allegedly picked up at 8:52 AM and returned home at 9:06 AM. ModivCare has investigated the complaint and found that the assigned provider was not paid for this trip. ************** will be monitored until 12/16/2022 as a courtesy due to the inconvenience. ************** has been provided with our Wheres ****************** information to report real-time issues in addition to a direct contact.  ModivCare apologizes for the members experience. We are dedicated to providing safe and reliable transportation for our valued members.

      Every time I am due money for transporting, I have to get outside help to help me get paid. On 7/26/22 took my mother to the doctor and eye doctor out of town and I was supposed to be paid mileage for it. I called and they gave me a trip number of *****. After i completed the trip, I faxed and emailed the trip sheet at least 10 different time in one week to make sure they got it. I have been calling them off and on for at least close to 3 wks and constantly get the run around the latest being today. The *** told me today she couldn't tell if the trip was in. Other have told me they see it but don't nothing more than that. I would appreciate your help in this matter.

Regarding the concerns about mileage reimbursement, we have addressed the issue by speaking with the consumer and issuing payment.

      Modivcare relentlessly uses false reasons why not to reimburse me for my gas mileage and I have solid evidence that they are either really really bad at their job, or this is being done intentionally. I have submitted solid proof on at least 5+ occasions at this point and I get nothing fixed and the people responsible for taking complaints DO NOT answer their phones or return my calls. I NEED help!!! PLEASE!! This is imperative bc I depend on being reimbursed just to hold my head above water and Im drowning with these employees as of late. This has been an ongoing issue since January of 2022 and it keeps getting worse and worse. Out of $720 I should receive, Im lucky to get $99.50. Thats just absurd and no one working for that company seems to care or want to help make things right. They are all very rude when u do get someone on the phone. Im uploading the check & the explanation of my travel log that I recieved just today(7/29/2022) and I also included proof from the clinic I attended that I was in fact there and did do what I was supposed to do and they also received that same document already, so I dont understand how they could get it wrong so many times and for such large amounts!! Im struggling hard and my mental health is taking a beating with this company and their lack of regard for their clients.
