    On 8/18/22 I placed an order for three pair of Heydude shoes on line. I received a note from ****** <*********************> that order would ship in three days. On 9/1 I asked "Where are my shoes?", on 9/9 I asked "What is the status of my order?", and on 9/16 I e-mailed "I have not received my shoes, however, my credit card has been billed???". Of course, this was a "no reply" e-mail. I tried website listed of "store.heydudeusale.com" --- not valid, can't be reached.Splendid LLC Store, *********************************************** showed up on my credit card bill ($58.50). I got a phone number of ************. I try and try that number, either busy, no answer, etc. I have tried at least 20 times.I have a dispute filed with my credit card company.

    I purchased some shoes as advertised by a company with a web page store.heydudeusale.com on August 20, 2022. After not hearing from them I emailed the address given to the service department and received an email back showing my purchase plus the fee that was paid for the merchandise. The message came from *********************** by a lady named ****** confirming and advising that the merchandise was ordered and would be shipped within 3 business days. Thanking me for using store.heydudeusale.com. After not receiving my merchandise I called my bank card services back to complain about this transaction. I clicked on the link provided and it said that it was not able to reach meaning the site was no longer available and possibly taken down. Investigation from the back found that this was an actual approved transaction by this company so they debited my account. There is no way to contact these people. The number you gave and that is found on ****** search shows a busy signal. My bank said I have to contact the company to work out issues but I have not been successful in my attempts.

    I purchased an item on the website store.heydudesaleu.com on August 29th. The payment was taken by splendidllc.store on August 29th from my checking account. I have not received the item. I have sent emails to the store.heydudesaleu.com website inquiring about my order and receive the same response that my order was received and will be shipped out. There was not phone number to contact. I checked my bank statement that showed splendidllc.store did collect the payment and I called their customer service phone number. The number is not accepting calls. I tried multiple times and got the same recording.

    I brought a **** go v2 cameras from this company. And have not gotten it. I have called but know response. I want a refund or my product.

    I placed an order, number ***** for two AlexaPure water filters on August 27,2022 for $92.80. I have yet to receive these products. Ive been unable to get ahold of anyone, no one answers their phone or emails. I want the filters or my money back.
