- We accepted credit and debit card payments for Visa and Mastercard, as will as payments via ACH bank transfer.
- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Consumers may contact WorldRemit for a refund at any time, if their transfer has not been paid or collected before they contact us. WorldRemit will process transaction refunds, provided that doing so is possible, as we may have to contact the payout partner and confirm that the transfer can be cancelled (i.e. that it has not already been paid). Once we have actioned the refund, it will reflect on the consumer's account in 3-5 business days. This is due to the processing systems of the consumer's bank/card issuer and is unfortunately out of our control.
