    I bought an elliptical from the *******************, ******** Dick's ******** Goods on 5/26/2023. I write this message on 7/6/2023. The elliptical was a Sole E25 model. The Dick's ******** Goods transaction is ************. It was purchased at Dick's ******** Goods store number ****. The Trans on the receipt was **** at register 103. *** was supposed to be the third party to deliver the elliptical and the team on the delivery truck was to assemble it. About one week later, the elliptical was delivered but it was assembled wrong. The pedal is falling off, the entire pedal and supporting rods came off. It happened when I was just merely tried to use the elliptical for the first time. I could have been injured by this. Furthermore, the heart monitor does not work. The elliptical is defective. I have called the *** number numerous times, as well as ****'s in ******************* to no avail. Every time they say they will call I receive no calls. They have also scheduled this elliptical without even calling me, and showing up at my door when it was not even a scheduled delivery. This is a nightmare. I have requested a new elliptical be delivered to my house, the old one removed, and the assembly of the new elliptical be 100 percent working. This has gone on now for about 6 weeks. I am done with the calling between ****'s in *******************, ** and trying to get a hold of ***. I have left many messages to a ****, but no return calls. This is taking over my life waiting around for calls and removing the old elliptical, and replacing with a new working elliptical of the same model. The phone for the Dick's ******** Goods store in ******************* where the elliptical was originally purchased is **************. I would never buy sports equipment from any retailer where they use *** as their third party logistics carrier. It has been a nightmare.
