    Terrible. First underestimated how much stuff I had. Instead of 4 hours to pack and load, 8 hours. Was told to bring as much as I want because it was a "big" truck and then they ran out of room. After they unloaded in ******** and left the problems continued. Found damaged items that had been badly packed. Kitchen items dumped into boxes and jammed in. An antique set of nesting kitchen canisters have a huge dent in the side of the larger outside canister. A floor fan has a broken grate. Boxes were labeled poorly. Several labeled, kit, kitch, etc; no further description of contents. There are items I have not found after inspecting all boxes. The owner went insane with boxing tape. I think they were frustrated because it was taking so long. Now I've received no final statement of moving expenses that have been paid for in full; after a brag about a "detailed PowerPoint of all expenses broken down". Nor have I received the invoice for the **haul rental which I paid for. In all this move cost over $5,000.00 and ProPak can't provide me a invoice or statement of what I paid for. To be fair, after finding damaged items I call and called the owner names and hung up because I was furious. I've since texted a request for receipts and had NO response. I PAID FOR SERVICES, THEY WERE WORKIN FOR ME, AND CAN'T PROVIDE SIMPLE PAPERWORK FOR WORK DONE. Consummately unprofessional.

    The movers for this company are efficient, professional and caring. Got my Move done quickly. Had a great attitude and made sure all my furniture safe and protected. 10 out of 10.

    I hired Pro-Pack Moving to help pack and move. The guys showed up when they said they would and were very communicative through the whole process. It was a pleasure working with them even through the stresses of moving. The guys worked quickly but took care of my items and got everything to the new location safely. I would hire Pro-Pack movers again.

    Pro-******************* in ******, ******** is the most professional and cost effective company I have ever used. The owner was efficient and able to get me moved within 3 days. The movers are polite and trustworthy. I will never use another moving company no matter where I move, even out of state. I will recommend Pro-******************* to all my friends and family. Wonderful, professional and financially reasonable.
