    I am rejecting this response because:

    I need the names,addresses and phone numbers of all law enforcement involved along with case numbers. I have not been provided this info. 
    Also I am not getting anywhere with the insurance that was to cover damages and missing items. This insurance is what I paid for. The response is stating they never receive any of my documents. Im at a loss as to how to recover my loss if At Your Service is not responsible as the person who is involved was a partner of *****, the owner of At Your Service Moving. ******* is At Your Service has asked me to remove the complaint and be patient  

    Please advise as what steps to take.

    Dear ******* and *****, as per our conversations this situation is due to an identity theft and misappropriate actions conducted by a third party. I and the actual At Your Service Moving and Storage is doing our best to work with county sheriff's departments, Colorado state patrol, local police departments, the *****, the Department of transportation and the ************************ along with other authorities to bring this person to justice. When you requested the information and steps to remove this review/complaint you agreed that this was filed against the wrong company/person. We will continue to fight for your rights and reimbursement for the damages caused by this person and his associates. Until then we can only keep you up to date with where the investigations are and what the authorities are accomplishing. The wheels of justice are unfortunately quite slow. But you and your rights will not be pushed aside. Please feel free to contact us at any time for updates or questions you may have. Again, I am sorry that this has happened to you, and we will continue to fight for you.

    Thank you for your return call. As requested, attached are the receipts for our move with *************** Moving & Storage. Please reach out if you need anything further.

    t morning to finish loading the rest of the items. Once they drove back to the warehouse with all of our things, they were then going to transfer everything onto a Semi and drive it to **********. ***** showed up again, smelling like weed, and he and one other mover put the rest of our things in the truck. When done, he said we owed an additional $3,465.50 for extra cubic feet. The movers showed up on June 28 in a Semi. Our boxes were completely smashed and damaged. When done unloading we were missing a significant amount of things and the driver disclosed that it didnt fit on the truck with the other peoples items. We have made numerous attempts to call/text to get the rest of our things with no response. Weve now paid $15,699.50 for a move that was originally quoted as $9,000. We have calculated that our list of missing items is worth approximately $10K. This move has caused significant stress and anxiety in addition to being a huge inconvenience.

    A  I WAS IN OUT OF THE COUNTRY FOR PERSONAL ******  WITH MY FAMILY ON DAY OF PICKUP IN ****** AND FOR THE DELIVERY    .. at your service moving and storage    Delivery the job with carier  and not loads all shipment   After i come to the states 2 weeks after the delivery  done i find out the owner of at your service took some of the goods  not been delivery  to his home property belong to **** d***  and i treat them on report to dot  and thay send all left over  of **** d*** goods FROM WHAT LEFT.   with other carier.

    I am rejecting this response because:


    Whether the issue is with **** or *******, bottom line is that I called *************** Moving and Storage for an estimate which was given by ****. The job was grossly underestimated and the move that was originally estimated to cost $9K turned out to cost us almost $16K! Also, we paid an additional $1,000 for direct delivery which never happened while we waited an additional two weeks for the rest of our items to arrive and the majority of those items were damaged. There were also items missing which we never did receive. 

    At the very minimum we are expecting compensation for all the damaged and missing items totaling $1,500 as well as the $1000 for direct delivery which was incomplete, for a total of $2,500.
