      I'm writing to save anyone else from using this company. My usual movers were going to be closed for the long holiday weekend. I found them on ******, there rate was more expensive but they came with 3 folks instead of two. I assumed it would go faster, I was wrong though. I should've known better, the trucks tires were so bald it was a hazard to the guys inside but I was only moving a block away. They used no equipment carried each box, breaking55 inch tv,My entertainment system, ripped the corners of my brand new sofa and loveseat. I know my things are heavy but they are professional, I saw the struggle of the couch I tried to assist and one of the crew threw his hands in the air. The couch slam on my arm I'm still hurting. Back to the broken items, shoe rack crushed it. They removed my legs to the bedroom tv, I have no idea where they are or the screws to my dresser and ************ was the final straw, my daughters have been getting eating up. I found 4 large bed bugs , thus is in the mattresses they were so adamant about having mattresses covering plastic, which I bought. By the time our mattress made it into our new place they were ripped mattresses had drag marks. This is less than a year old stuff. I seen a huge pile of covers on the moving truck and I'm pretty sure that's where the bed bugs came from. Upon me reaching out about my broken items they have not responded. Im disputing all charges until someone can call me about my loss. Please don't use tge ******** location. Im so frustrated from broken things to now finding bed bugs.

      They helped move an elderly client of mine and took advantage of her by taking 8 hours to move her from a 1 bedroom apartment to next door. The moving crew took multiple breaks and sat outside saying rude things about my client (completely unprofessional) had to borrow my clients dolly to move things and broke it, broke her futon, microwave, and antique mirror. The company then added an extra charge after the move and ended up charging her over *****. They also changed the quote that was given on the online receipt. Luckily I took pictures of the change. Theyre unwilling to take off the upcharge and unwilling to work with this elderly lady that was under the impression that it was going to be under $800. DO NOT use this company. Were having to get a lawyer involved due to them not responding for a week now.

      My experience with the company is terrible. The job including disposal all trash was supposed to be **************, but they didnt finish and put all trash in the middle of my driveway, asking if they could come back on Sunday to finish all. I agreed to help, however on Sunday I waited them over 6 hours, no one showed up!!!!! VERY UNRELIABLE COMPANY!!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THEIR PROMISE. Not only that, during moving, there are always excuses, I have to have my workers to move couple heavy table top for them while they are standing there doing nothing. Not to mention theyre scratches everywhere. The movers didnt even bring enough blanket to protect and have to always come to my worker for ************** not prepared at all

      *****, I am sorry you are frustrated. As we discussed with you, we were hired by your shipping company to unload items that were being sent to you. We were not advised that much of the shipment included custom furniture pieces that weighed well over 700 pounds each.  Many items took 45 min or more, per item, to ******* and deliver. You shared that you had designed many of the pieces personally. Our crew brought tools and in fact shared our dolly with your construction crew which we didnt initially get back. We were also not well informed of the magnitude of packing and crating materials that would need to be disposed of but we adapted and offered resolutions. While we have made every effort to accommodate, we have had to reach out to your shipping company each time you have asked to change the scope of work since they are the ones that hired us and are paying for our services. As you also experienced, we had difficulty reaching the overseas shipping company over the weekend of your move. They appeared to be closed that weekend and did not communicate with us in the timeframe you requested services be added, or answers to be provided. Since they are the decision makers that have paid us for the job, we needed to confirm your requests and any changes through them directly. I am surprised to hear of the damages as you are describing them as we have video and pictures of each item being ******** in your home in the condition they were delivered. However, as you noted, you had construction workers in your home moving items by your direction around our working crew. We have encouraged you to reach out to the shipper that you hired to speak with them about the service that they secured, damage claims, and any concerns you have about the scope of work.
