After using this company multiple times on the Denver ************** and reminding them about ID requirements, they showed up to the center gate without a valid ID and the security at the gate didn't let them on the campus. The driver called and said his driver's permit was insufficient at security and to reschedule with dispatch. ***** at dispatch called me and told me they would charge me for the driver to go get his ID. I told him that was unacceptable and unfair, he told me to find another company, and he charged my credit card $330. The franchise refused any other course of action, corporate said they were unable to help, and they're unable to provide any kind of signed agreement.

Customer added customer-imposed restrictions at the last moment when our crew arrived on site, preventing our crew from accessing customer through no fault of our own.  As this was a customer-imposed restriction, it is the customer's obligation to pay for the remedy.  Customer refused to pay for services and while we are in the business of customer service, it is still a business and we are not in the business of losing money due to surprise customer-imposed restrictions.  Because this cancellation was on the part of the customer, a cancellation fee did apply which is in keeping with the conditions on the customer signed Pre-move Confirmation which was emailed to the customer at the time of booking.

Very disappointed in this company and would advise you to stay away! They damaged my one piece of furniture they were hired to move to my basement. They admitted to the damage. I mean they picked up the piece of furniture by the marble piece and broke the corner off. They offered me $48 to repair not even enough to cover someone to come out and look. I would use anyone but them - they will NOT take care of your furniture. Then they wont even return my calls when I email them I am not accepting $48! I paid them in full of course because I didnt know they would be so unethical! Please do not do business with them!!

While we do our best to move everything safely, moving is a contact sport and occasionally damages will occur.  At the time of booking, we suggested that customer purchase additional protection coverage for $75.00 which covers items up to $2500.00 in value with no deductible.  Customer refused and elected for the base coverage at .60 per pound.  We cannot alter the terms of a signed contract to the benefit of either party, so we were obliged to resolve the damage claim at the level of coverage chosen by the customer.  Customer also refused to provide any additional information on the damaged item which could have benefited them in the claim process.  In the absence of more perfect customer information, we were forced to use industry standards.

We used Two Men and a Truck in *********, ********. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone, ever. We feel totally taken advantage of. We were given an estimate, in which we submitted a number of items/descriptions for, and were told it would be $1,200-2,500 ish dollars to move (local move, 20-minute drive). We were charged $2,700 and they moved less than half of what they said. We got three quotes from others and went with them because they were the best quote for the job, but they robbed others of service who would have probably completed the job correctly. We ended up having to call everyone and their mother to help us move all the items they didn't. They have no business quoting jobs. They then had a legal canned response about how they can charge 10% over the estimate and how my husband signed off on it at the end of the day. Mind you we have two small children and had three men we don't know in our house - we weren't about to get in a dispute right there, but hindsight should have never signed/paid. The man on the phone didn't care AT ALL about our problem and said they charge by the hour - so if you want 1/2 of what you want moved, for 10% over the estimate - then this is the company for you. This is not a reflection of the crew - they were nice and hardworking, this is a reflection of the company, their poor quotes, and their criminally bad customer service. Do better!

This move was estimated (not quoted) between 5.5 and 8.5 hours, this is an estimate.  The actual time of the move was 9 hours.  The half hour overage is within the *** guidelines of an estimate overage.  The customers signed off that all items were moved and all moving service was completed.  We cannot alter a signed contract to the benefit of either party.  As the  customer admits that they feel that theft of service and breach of contract is an acceptable response to something they don't like, we can have no resolution with that sort of behavior.

Do Not Use two men and a truck. They are scammers . They took my neighbors money and did not move him . Had him to sign some papers . They knew he would senior and quite did not understand and they took advantage of this. His name is ***************. They took 300 from him and laughed. I told him to file a lawsuit. It is a crime to scam a senior. And I told him to inform the bbb. They would not give him his money back. Scammers. Do not use this company there are better companies out here.

Two Men and a Truck are not scammers.  The reviewer is not a customer of ours and for her to write that we are such is libel (a published false statement that is damaging to one's reputation).  Mr. ******* scheduled a move with us and was communicated the Cancellation Policy both verbally and through ************************** residence was unsanitary and not ready to be moved, thereby requiring a cancellation from the customer action, not our own. We collected the Cancellation Fee, albeit without any laughter.  No one was scammed, the contract was honoured from both sides and cannot be altered to the benefit or detriment of either party.

I booked the ******** franchise about a week before the move which was last Thursday. They got to the house, did a walk through- I showed them my stuff that was going and explained that my roommate was also moving so they were only moving my stuff. They had to move it to a condo on the second floor which I explained during my quote- of course the house was in disarray as moving is. They said okay, and they backed their truck up the driveway. I told them I'd be in my room, all the doors were wide open for access. I was packing in my room. Next time I went to the living room to check on them, looked outside and they had just left in their truck, without saying a word to me. So I called the cell phone of **** (the mover guy) who didn't pick up so I left a message asking if they went for gas or whatever was up. Then I got a call from the woman that answers the phone and she said that the movers had sent her pictures and deemed the my stuff not moveable. AND she was going to charge me a cancellation fee. In fact, it WAS movable as I was able to get another company, Mountain Movers to come the next day and they had no problem moving everything. The woman at the branch was very rude and told me that the guys tried to get a hold of me before they left- I was in the house right there and they didnt say anything. And there was no missed message on my phone. The lady said in a very condescending manner I dont know where YOU were. I was literally about 30 feet from them with all the doors open.I ended up paying morn money then they had quoted me to get reliable movers as I was desperate not to be charged another months rent. I sent her pictures of what was to be moved, and got crickets.I called the headquarters and filed a report. I have yet to hear from anyone from that company.

On Monday, July 11th, my husband called 2 Men and a Truck at their **********, ** location. We needed a large couch, very heavy king-size mattress and 2-piece frame, and a NordicTrack elliptical machine moved a very short distance. My husband texted me that day that they would be calling me to get a credit card confirmation, as his wallet was not with him when he called. A few minutes later, **** called me to obtain this info. She said they only take down the credit card info to secure the appointment time. We chatted for a few minutes about the move and items needed, she confirmed the date and time they would be here, which was Wednesday, July 20th between ****. The day of, by 3:30, my husband called them. She said she messed up and did not even schedule it! We needed to be out of our house by noon the next day, Thursday July 21st bc the new owners would assume ownership of our house at that time (why we scheduled this PRIOR to that day!). They said to my husband that they would not come out until the next afternoon. He then called me, and I called her back several times desperately trying to get through. No answers from any of their phone lines STILL DURING BUSINESS HOURS. That night, my husband, me (already in need of spinal fusion), my elderly father-in-law, and 2 kids spent the next 3 hours wrestling these items and several trips in a minivan getting all but the elliptical moved. It was awful. The next morning, their dispatcher ***** promised me he would have someone out to get it, again, in the afternoon! I told him it would be too late. Long story short, it was too late and their guys were also calling the wrong contact number on their way there. We have now lost the $2500 elliptical, and guess what?? I called their customer service and poured my heart out about our experience. ********************* was the name of the person on the line and now he is telling me how sad, but you were never a customer because no money was exhanged. Zero stars if it were possible.
