    I was quoted $387 for a small move and paid the $50 deposit on October 5th. The day of the move, I paid the movers in cash, plus a generous tip and was told I would receive an email receipt. I never received a receipt and then I was charged again several days later on the card I used for the deposit. They double charged me $407 on October 10th, adding the $50 again instead of subtracting it. I contacted the owner of this business via email and phone. When I finally reached him, he said he would look into it and get back to me. He never contacted me again, and now I am unable to reach him. I am requesting my $407 to be refunded to me.

    I received a call last night at 4:25 and no voicemail was left. I started returning calls the following morning, and also received an email about a double charge for a service. The lead on the service which was in October, no longer works for me, and it has been hard trying to get any answers on payment details. I charged back the customer's card the total that was collected for service, since she says she paid cash.
