I signed up for a monthly Subscription to Vinyl Me Please. They have charged me $58.06 per month since May and I have yet to receive a vinyl record. On top of that, I am locked out of the account so I am unable to cancel and stop the subscription. Ive emailed customer service repeatedly and no one will respond. They are stealing money. Company ripped me off to the tune of $146 for a membership I never wanted. Credit card company investigated but no luck. Ive not received one record from the rip off artist. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ***. Spread the word.Initial Complaint

I purchased a 3-month gift membership on June 6th and scheduled the gift email to be sent to the recipient on June 15th. However, neither the recipient nor I have received any emails or notifications regarding this order. I purchased a gift, 3-month membership to Vinyl Me, Please for $149 for my brother for his birthday on *****************. He redeemed it on March ****************************************** the mail. After several weeks he reached out to customer support but did not hear back. On May 12, I learned Vinyl Me, Please declared bankruptcy, and I reached out to the customer support email to ask for the order to be fulfilled or a refund, but I have heard no reply. To my understanding, Vinyl Me, Please is still selling their services but has not fulfilled mine. Id like it to refunded.Initial Complaint

I purchased a gift certificate for a 6 months membership for my son on March 2 *****to be delivered on March 5*****. It was redeemed but after multiple attempts to place an order for one of their products it was never received. I was given a 6-month membership gift to Vinyl Me Please and was supposed to be able to select a record each month and receive a shipment. The first 3 months I had records auto selected for me but was able to adjust the first couple of selections by emailing them. I requested a notification when the selection window was open to be able to pick my own records. Responses were slow but I did get answers.Starting in April, however, my shipments stopped arriving and they showed up as pending on the Orders page. I emailed to ask if I could select my records and to ask when I could expect the shipments, but have received no responses. I've emailed directly and submitted through the contact page. There is no other option to contact them. I still haven't gotten my records for April or May and all still show 'pending'. The gift membership was $279 for 6 months (6 records) and I have only received 3. I'd like to request a refund for at least half of what I paid; however, I wasn't happy with one of the records they autoshipped me without selection or the level of service, so I'd appreciate even more of a refund. This company is not delivering the products they promised and are offering no support.I have provided a screenshot of the orders showing they are still pending as well as copies of my last 2 emails. I placed a pre-order with them on Feb 23, 2024. The item was supposed to be available later that year. The expected date was pushed back multiple times without any notice from them. The last I saw on their website my item was supposed to ship Mid March 2025. At this time I have not received my item, and the website does not have any info about when I should be receiving my item. I have placed two orders with this organization. Order numbers with the business are Orders #******* placed on Feb 6th 2025 and #******* placed on May 19th 2024. Both items were guaranteed to ship already, yet my orders are still in pending status. I have tried contacting the business via their app and through email at ****************************** asking for the status and then eventually asking for a regilund, as per instructions on the website. I purchased a record from this company as a preorder over a year ago. The shipment date kept getting pushed back, and the item ultimately never shipped. I then got a message that said the company had "commenced an Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors (***)." I emailed a number of times over the course of a month or so to request a refund for the record, but they will not respond to me. The amount of ***** USD was paid on 1 January 2025 for purchase of a vinyl record. Item was supposedly shipped with 2 other items, but the package received did not contain the item pertinent to this complaint. I attempted to contact the seller (via their official support email/through their website) several times regarding this issue, but I never obtained an answer.
