On June 28th I went in to get a dip powder manicure with extensions and a gel pedicure. I paid $165 total including tip. I was there for 2 hours. I paid to get my nails done for events I had going on that weekend. Within 3 hours of leaving the salon I started losing my nails. I spend $75 plus a 20% tip on a manicure that didnt even last 24 hours. It is now 3 days later and I have 4 nails left. I want a refund. I paid to have my nails done for events that my nails werent done for because they had fallen off. It is suppossed to last 2-4weeks. I have no time to go back and have them re do my entire thing even if they offered. I have left a review with photos however I have not yet spoken to the business as my work schedule does not work with their business hours. I paid for a service I didnt received. I wasted time and money. The only reason I got my nails done were for the events that passed and my nails looked horrible for them even though I paid for them to be the opposite. It is unacceptable to do such a bad job and get paid for it. I would NEVER pay this money for nails that dont even last 5 hours. I do not need a refund for my toes, they look great and I want to pay for what I recieved however I want the entire $75 for the manicure and the unnecessary 20% tip I left.
