On July 29, 2021, I purchased a RevoFi Link Pro Commercial Edition 1TB machine from RevoFi, LLC, for the equivalent of $1,275.69. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have never received the product, nor have I been issued a refund.Attempts to Resolve:- I have made multiple attempts to contact RevoFis customer support via email and ******** Messenger, but I have not received a single response.- *********** has failed to provide any update regarding the shipping status or a resolution.- Given the prolonged delay, I have lost purchasing power and believe I am entitled not only to a full refund but also interest on the amount paid due to the financial impact.Initial Complaint

Purchase a device from this company 1 year ago & I still havent receive my product. After inquiring about a refund, Revofi sent me a few emails to start the refund process. After answering all their questions, I was told I will receive a response about the refund. I havent heard from Revofi since that last email. Now, Revofi does not respond to my emails, their ***************** accounts does not allow me or anyone to communicate with Revofi. I submitted an order for $613.64 on Oct, 4, 2021 to buy RevoFi ******************* edition mining device and I still didnt get the device. They completely shut down their Discord communication channel which was only place to get delivery updates and they are not responding my emails since last year. I sent multiple emails at their support and sales email but no response. I tried to reach out via contact number I found online but no response. I also tried via their ******* but again they are not responding. I cant dispute the the order transaction because my bank says its been too long.Initial Complaint

RevoFi was started up and sold miners that never turned up. It also sold RVS tokens these miners create which should have been deposited to me this was not the case. I have received none of my ****** RVS coin for the ******** BTC I paid which is roughtly ****. The terms of purchase stated I quote form evidence provided "Your order will be processed within 24 hours from the receipt of payment and token balance will appear in your account as soon as we have confirmed your payment." I never got any tokens.The payment was sent to the address bc1qdfmq2633e6n3wp6sz9djlkcuyt0z3zqus6pvdl and is currently still sitting in that account Proof ******************************************************************************************** - We were also meant to be able to trade these tokens on a market. This market was created and no tokens were distributed to me as stated in information released from RevoFi founder *****************************. It states on its own website " When will Revos ($RVS) become public?Revos($RVS) will go public when the first device is turned on and begins to mine. Its the only way Revos is minted."Source - ***************************************************************************************** The tokens were never made public or given to me as purchased. I will upload the supporting documents to show my purchase.My desired resolution is a refund of the amount given to RevoFi LLC and its *************** Because I received nothing. I purchased 2 hardware devices from this company 17 months ago. I was okay with the delay as it was a young new company. After a year of waiting I asked for a refund of 1 device ** it was taking too long but was okay waiting a little longer for the second. 3 months later I had had it and wanted a full refund. I emailed 7 times, I messaged on discord, ******** and Reddit, and got no response, and also got blocked on ******** Now, the company has taken my $750+ and even blocked my IP address from my own account! RevoFi took my money and never delivered the product. I only waited this long in hopes the tech would arrive but it didnt, all my online research shows other people were scammed out of there money as well. I have attempted to contact via email in February and still have not heard back regarding a refund of money. Could you please help me resolve this ?
