On February 23, 2024, Better Business Bureau sought clarification from the company's owner regarding the scope and breadth of its services, specifically the following:
LICENSING
BBB sought clarification about how company offers construction services via referrals or partnerships without carrying a contractor's license itself. BBB requested a list of licensed contractor utilized by the company throughout the United States for review of current and active licenses. Some states require that a contractor offering contracting services via SUBs carry a contractor license to hire out those SUBs.
CONSTRUCTION CONSULTING AND FINANCING
BBB sought insights from the owner into how the company can offer construction services to customers throughout the United States without carrying a contractor's license to do so, or to hire SUBs where a contractor's license is necessary. Also requested insights into how owner oversees a nationwide construction consulting company from CO only and as a one-person operation. Also requested more insights into any additional locations throughout the United States, and how it offers financing nationwide.
As of March 20, 2024, the company has not responded to BBB's request for any of the above, and application was denied due to lack of response to our inquiry.
