      I ordered one product which was bundled as: 2 bottles GH10x + 60 servings (1 bottle) Creatine Monohydrate. The cost was $79.90 + $9.05 shipping for a total of $88.95. The order was "processed" and I received a confirmation email. This was May 1, 2024. The website I ordered from is EatingRight.com.After several weeks I began trying to contact the business with no response. Absolutely no acknowledgment of the situation. Meanwhile the business owner continued posting videos on his ******** and deleting negative comments regarding unfulfilled orders.On September 14, I received an email saying the order had been cancelled but no refund has been issued yet. And that's where we are today. I've tried about a dozen times to make contact with **** ********, the owner of the business. But he ignores me.       I have been a longtime customer of Right Nutrition and, until this situation, have never had an issue. However, I had placed some orders and they were not fulfilled. I was initially able to receive communication back from the seller and they said the product was on backorder but they would be happy to refund or send when it arrived. I was content to get it when it arrived. They actually did refund some initially without me asking. When more shipment arrived, I was notified via e-mail and actually was planning to get mine and ordered some more. To date, no product received. No communication returned. I tried the customer service portal. There is no number. I sent several messages. I contacted the owner on Facebook Messenger but no response. I even sent a certified letter last week which has been received. No response. Here are my orders pending:

      I have three open orders for products from this company but have heard nothing regarding these orders in the 2 months since the order. The only customer support contact information is an email address. I have emailed this address a couple dozen times with no response. I've also attempted contact on ******** to no avail. They also have ******* and Instagram accounts that appear to have no activity for months if not years. I'm wondering if they are even still in business, but they are definitely taking orders. Regardless, it would be nice to get some kind of status or ANY contact from this company to let us know what is going on. Our previous order came within 10 days or so. Not sure what to do, short if disputing the credit card charges. Surprisingly they have no BBB record, so I guess I'll be the first complaint.

      I have used this company many times before. I placed an order in February of 2024. I have had the money taken from my account but haven't received anything from the company. I have gotten an email a month ago that states it's being shipped, but ********* hasn't received it from the company to ship, and has since removed my notice. I have called several times and left messages and have written emails but no response. I would like to see if they went out of business and get a refund.
