      Bought this specific watch as it was advertised to work in ******, however texting did not work to Mexico numbers. Reached out right away to Cosmo technical support and they were initially very responsive and assured me that they would still honor the 15-day guarantee outside of that time frame if they were not able to resolve the issue. After being unable to completely resolve the issue, rendering the watch useless for what we needed (since call reception is also terrible and GPS has a terrible lag, so texting was key), Cosmo said they would send a replacement watch which never arrived. Cosmo never responded to any of my communication after that.I kept hoping that the issue would be fixed, but eventually requested to cancel the monthly service. FINALLY, I received reply from Cosmo support offering 1 month complimentary service in order for support to address issues (which they failed to do over the previous 5-6 months) AND offering to honor full refund if I was reaching out during initial 15 days (which I originally did) and issues remained unresolved (which they did). When I responded, they didn't answer AGAIN and I had to request cancellation for a second time. This time, Cosmo said monthly contract could not be cancelled until next 3-month period was over so I would need to continue to pay and stated that Cosmo had tried to honor 15-day guarantee by sending a replacement watch (which I never received nor did Cosmo respond to my inquiries re: resolution and/or replacement). They refused to make it right in any way except to offer to cancel the monthly service after the 3 month period was up.Extremely disappointing. I should never have believed Cosmo when they promised to honor the guarantee after the initial 15-day period! If you have any doubts, I suggest returning the watch right ******* - Also, the charging cable melted and caused a short in my entire charging station, so beware of that as well! I notified Cosmo of this as well, but they ignored me :(
