      This business! I ordered a bassinet, in very fine and difficult print, it stated it had missing pieces. Bassinet was used and did have stains (which I was fine with) but was also missing the electronic component (which was not explicitly stated and did not see the initial posted statement that it was missing). The description of the item was vague and stated as if it had the electronic component. ******** was priced at $100, brand new it is $160. Received the item and was not what I wanted, but refund was refused, wanted to leave a review on the website and am unable to leave any reviews on website. Attempted to get ahold of customer service, and it is all very generic AI responses that are not helpful whatsoever. I would not trust this website/buisness

      Ordered a stroller that was missing the part of the frame that attaches a sun shield/canopy. They denied my claim and said it was an accessory. Its literally a piece of the frame and comes with every version of this stroller.

      We received 3 items from Good Buy Gear,it was missing parts smelled bad and on item for the baby was expired .We contacted the company to return all 3 items and received a mailing label. The **** informed us .There was No one to receive toe package and no secure area for delivery. Plus we paid extra for return option. We are out $118.99 insurance was $7.44

      They were quick to offer a refund on a defective product, but did not give me a choice of whether I wanted a refund or replacement. They said they did not have replacements in the item I ordered. However, I looked and they did have one available but it was more than I initially paid. This seemed extremely fishy to me. I will not be shopping with Goodbuy Gear again.

      I am beyond upset and disappointed with my very first experience with GoodBuy Gear. I brought in a brand new portable breast pumps hoping someone would buy it. However, when I saw my listing was no longer active, I emailed to find out the reason for it. I was told that after 120 days, they would donate the item. Why didn't someone reach out to me/ their customers to let them know they have the option to pick it up within a certain amount of days or it would be donated? The item was worth $74 according to the company, why wouldn't I want that back to try to sell somewhere else if they couldn't be successful with it? It is extremely unethical to give away someone's item without giving them a chance to speak for it especially when it was theirs to begin with. A simple email to inform me would suffice. I can't believe this is how this company is doing their business. I am speechless with this. Please find it in your hearts to fix this issue. Not everyone is fortunate enough to give away items for free.

      GoodBuyGear is a great resource for parents-to-be and it feels good to support a sustainability-focused retailer! Based on the three products I've ordered from them so far, it seems like the pricing is fair and descriptions are accurate. Both open-box and barely-used condition products looked to be in perfect, new and unused condition. Two items arrived without any manufacturer's packaging and one arrived in the original box with all items included. Shipping was fairly quick, at most 7 calendar days transit time with 1-3 days processing for shipment. Their customer service team is also responsive to questions via email.

      Ordered two Mamaroos for the local struggling NICU in my town. They both arrived jumbled together in one large box with a wad of paper for protection. Happily, nothing had broken. Separated the two and discovered a vital power cord was missing. Immediately wrote customer service. Email response from ***** that theyd check. I reminded them our NICU could really use these asap, but one was useless without that cord. Another email saying theyd located one and was shipping it immediately. Gave me a tracking # and the cord sat waiting for pickup for a few days. Asked ***** about it again and was assured itd only take a few days to get here. A week later, no cord. Tracking said it was still in ******. Emailed again and was told theyd contact the shipper. Never heard back. Still, no cord. No idea whats going on, but I cant recommend this place no matter how great the prices are. Its a cord no longer than your finger, they could have mailed it **** and Id have gotten over a week ago. Im angry and fed up with the lip service, but no actual service. Sending an incomplete unit and not remedying it in even close to a timely manner is bad business.

      Buy Goods was very helpful and did not try to deflect me from what I wanted to do. The product I bought to kill toe fungus worked amazingly well and I am very satisfied. the ungus is gone! But the company made me buy 3 vials at the beginning and I still have half left of the first bottle. This remedy is not cheap and I want to return the other two vials for a credit. While the person offered me a discount on the two remaining, I did not want to have the two sitting around. So she gave me instructions for returning the two vials. I am a VERy satisfied customer and would recommend Buy Goods as a good business venture. Cindy Foley
