    Im dissatisfied with the experience I had purchasing, installing the Anytime camera and footwell lights from Runnin4Tacos. Every time I contacted the company for help, I got excusesnever an apology for the inconvenience. The are specifics are: 1. Camera: I encountered several issues with the installation process making it difficult to install. First, the camera I received did not match the one shown on their websites video. I had to send them photos, then they confirmed it was the latest model.Secondly, the installation video was confusing and misleading. It showed both the red and black wires being cut, while the instructions said only the red should be cut and the black one grounded. The video did not mention how to ground the black wire properly. This could have caused serious damage to the camera or my vehicle. Thirdly, the video referred to a manual that was not included. Instead, I received a document that was like a schematic diagram rather than a user guide. It was hard to understand and follow, especially for someone who is not an expert in electronics. Fourthly, when I contacted them for assistance, they told me the video was outdated and should not be used as a reference. So why is that video still up on their website three months later!? Apparently, they dont care enough to update it. I ended up using one of their competitors video to get the camera working.2. Lights: I ordered footwell lights from them back in November; they arrived in late January. They sent me Version 1, when I thought I was ordering Version 2. Their website's language included phrases such as New Harness, Like the previous version, and The new, which led me to believe I was purchasing a newer product, presumably Version 2. Version 2 had been out for almost a year, so I assumed that is what I was ordering. The whole experience was frustrating. The extremely poor customer service from this company was awful. Ill never buy from them again.
