    *******, aka, Handsende, Guteos Technology, etc... Does not respond to multiple requests for Order Confirmation, Order #, Delivery Date, Order Status Update. When contacted by my bank. They responded with Order Details, Shipping Details, and, an invoice. Order Detail doesn't reference item ordered. Just meaningless Account # and Authorization Code #. To this day, I haven't received any correspondence whatsoever from vendor. Yet, this was enough documentation to convince bank to consider charge was valid. Stating there is no record of return. A conundrum for sure. Since I haven't received my (August 2022) order yet. ******* provided **** shipping confirmation stating item was delivered to my mailbox. I ordered stairs for my spa. They wouldn't fit in the mailbox. Upon contacting my local PO. They confirmed address provided (conveniently blacked out by ******* per bank request for documents) was not my address, and, package delivered to mystery (blacked out) address weighed only 1 lb. This is the part that concerns me most. ******* has figured out a way to grift customer and provide fraudulent information to bank investigating customer dispute. Lastly, items listed on Yeayorz (Guteos Technology) invoice are not spa stairs. Rather, Mid-Tube Thick Towel Bottom Absorption socks and Retro Stitching Tooling Casual Overalls. FYI... Phone # on Yeayorz invoice, ****** ** office, belongs to someone in *****, **. Currently, phone number listed on Yeayorz (****** ** address) website *************) belongs to an individual in *****. I have requested my bank to re-open case. Will keep you posted...

    We ordered a product from this company and have not received it upon the many numerous attempts to contact this company we ordered the product in 8-31-22 its now 10-11-22 still no contact hope it was a type o and I finally get my product. Hate to think ive been scammed but it sure feels that way when no one answers emails phones or anything but was quick debiting the money out. Ill change my rating if I could get contact and get this resolved give my money back or ship the product!
