      I was overcharged for my son's physical therapy appointments at Hand Surgery of ******** this spring. They readily acknowledge that they owe me $70.26 but keep saying the check will be in the mail. I am hoping this complaint will make them actually cut me check. I have called them repeatedly and have an email chain to corroborate the missing refund.
