    On January 11 I was released from hospital with oxygeb equpment from Aeorcare. I was told it was fully covered by Meicare and AARP Supplemental insurance. I got no paperwork, invoice, or notification that I would be billed $210 at the end of January. I called and an Aeorcare rep immediately stated I was billed in error and it would be corrected. I was billed another $210 at the end of February so disputed both charges with the bank and canceled the card. I've sspoken to Aerocare/Advant reps several times, Medicare reps twice. As of April Medicare had never been billed. This is ddecpetion by design, exploiting vulnerable people.

    Trying to return equipment. Company did not send all equipment billed for. Called ***************** They stated they would send a return label to my email; they never did. They stated they would put my bill on hold - the did not. I have now received a past due notice in the mail.

    CPAP machine was issued without proper network capabilities. Without the machine being able to connect to their network, they are marking my child's case as "non-compliant" even though he wears the machine. I called to reorder supplies but was told that I could not because I was non-compliant, this means my son could not use his medical device. They admitted to not putting a SIM card in the machine, and sent a replacement. The new SIM card did not change the machines ability to connect to the network, making him still non compliant. Aerocare refuses to service or replace the actual machine that's under warranty and paid for by insurance. They offer supplies, but I can not become or remain compliant if I am not able to connect to the network.
