      ABSOLUTE TRASH. Parking lot is paid by kiosk. Some spots also have meters on the sidewalk in front of them. If you pay a kiosk and not the meter they ticket you $30. No signs indicating not to pay the kiosk. Even with paid receipt on dashboard I was ticketed. I paid more than the meter would have cost! Asked for review and was kicked back immediately. 2nd review was requested, not responded to and then the fee was double due to late payment while waiting for review.

      Terrible management, their parking machines don't always print a receipt, and it is awfully complicated to get a printout. In fact I was never able to get one.You have to go in person to this office to request one, they don't really print out a receipt but rather just a screen print of the transaction, so small is almost impossible to read. When you ask for an actual printout they can't be bothered. Everyone working there seems to be on a power high.Worst service ever.
