    Well their testimonials from Landlords explain why the parking customer comes last. One "recommender" said they use creative marketing. Another says " they helped us capture revenues we did not think possible". I found out why...their rate signs are not honored. Their rate board at entrance stated that for entry after 4pm, the charge would be $6 for the evening, yet on exit, they demanded $18 for 3 hours. Interesting to see that their BBB rating is an F for failing to respond to consumer complaints.

    This is a scam. Once you purchase the pass, there is no way technically available to use it. You will end up paying twice to exit the garage.

    I visited Meow Wolf with family in my car and parked the car in the parking lot across the entrance unaware there is a fee for parking.As we were entering the parking lot, none of us saw any notices indicating there is a parking fee.When we returned from the Meow Wolf visit, I saw the attached notice.I do not mind paying $15 for parking and am disputing the $45 or $70 charge.When I called their customer service, they suggested emailing you with a dispute.They are NOT responding to my email sent to

    I paid the parking fee then two weeks later I received a parking notice from "*********************************" saying I owe $87.00 for parking at the ************************************************ location. I did park there and paid the fees, had the receipt on my dash board as well as on my credit card statement and they still try to charge me more? The letter said that they would have my car towed or booted if I didn't pay. They are a scam, beware. There is a online community with whole chat threads talking about how horrible this company is and tips on how to deal with their antics.

    Pre-paid for parking, but somehow still managed to get a ticket from one of their marvelous attendant. Dude said it was my fault even though I showed him my receipt. This company is basically just functioning conmen.

    What a joke. I reserved parking with Parkwell when I was photographing a nearby wedding reception. After pre-paying for parking, there was no space in the parking lot upon my arrival. As a result, I had to circle for nearly 45 minutes to find parking and then had to transport my 220 pounds of gear several blocks to the reception venue. I was nearly 90 minutes late for my couple because of Parkwell's failure. Needless to say, Parkwell's inability to hold a reservation that I paid for cost my business significantly. I requested a refund months ago and followed up 3 times. THEY HAVE STILL NOT REFUNDED ME FOR THE PARKING. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT RESERVE PARKING WITH PARKWELL!

    I recently received a parking ticket at Meow Wolf, didnt realize it was a paid parking lot. The amount on the ticket was $45. When I went online to pay the ticket, the amount they were charging me was $70, plus a $5 convenience fee. I emailed the company numerous times, no response, tried to call them, no answer, protested the amount online, again no response. This is such a scam that reflects on our experience at Meow Wolf, even though they dont manage the parking lot. I mailed them a check instead.
