    I purchased in Feb of 2024 a seven piece set patio outdoor furniture set through this company on the Amazon website when it came to my house delivered. Upon assembly, we noticed that there was two back cushions missing from the set. We called the number. There was no way to leave a message. It was someones personal number.. I contact customer support through their website, and email where I provide my order number information and a details message of what my problem was. . No one returned my calls or emails. I contacted Amazon to see if theres something that they can do since theyre the one that authorized this company to sell their product on their site. They said there was nothing they can do because it was a third-party seller.. so there wasnt even any accountability from Amazon in regards to this. I tried contacting this company numerous times, I was never contacted back whatsoever, not in my spam not in my junk mail. however, they are still automatically collecting the payments for my incomplete set. Here we are mid April now, and they are expecting me to pay for an incomplete furniture set, while providing no customer service, no replacement to the pieces Im missing, and offering no resolution to my problem. Couple days ago I did contact that number that they have on their website. It was connected again to a personal voicemail. Voicemail I was able finally to leave a message and I told them that their customer service was incompetence and I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau.
