      Im writing this review in the hopes of finding a resolution for my issue with this company.I found ZIPCUSHIONS online I ordered a cushion for a bench that helps my elderly dog get off my bed. I was told it could take up to four weeks. After weeks of not hearing anything I called and spoke with a very helpful woman, I explained about my situation and she said she would get information for me.she told me someone would email me my status. On May 13, I received an email saying my order would SHIP in 2-3 days. I hadnt received any information on tracking/shipping details by MAY 19th, so I called spoke to same helpful woman and she said again she would find out the status.i also sent an email asking for information. When I hadnt heard anything back I called again and got a gentleman on phone..he said my order was DELAYED because of material out of stock????? He said it would be another 9 days until it would ship!I was very disappointed and upset because no one informed me of this. I said that I wanted to cancel my order and I wanted a refund..I didnt want to deal with a company like this, this was today (May 19) Im hoping they will refund my money but wanted future customers to know my experience.

      I never expected that it would take 7 weeks for my order to be completed, nor did I dream I would have to put covers on cushions myself. This has been a TERRIBLE experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was sent cushions without covers, so I had to keep them in the house, until covers were sent haphazardly, one at a time, inside out, etc. Horrible experience.
