    I have tried repeatedly to get my money back. I have done 4 loads of laundry with this company, which should have cost $24. This is exorbitant but they win by having a localized monopoly.What gets worse is that because their machines tend to lock and prevent the removal of the clothes at the end of the wash - and because their system forces large purchases at once rather than allowing one to just pay for what they want to use, I have had to pay $30 to complete these loads and get my clothes back. I hadn't even realized it had gotten that high! Given that I hear people complaining about this constantly to the management here (who do nothing but say 'contact Clear Token') the amount being taken-in by this company must be immense!I would like my money back and an assurance by the company that they will refund customers in dollars and without demanding a large up-front payment.For detail, here's where I'm at:Paid $6 8/24, did a load, cost $6 Paid $6 9/1, did a load, cost $6 Paid $12 9/8, did a load, cost $6 and I had to pay an additional $6 to get my clothes back Paid $6 9/16, did a load, cost $6, used up all the tokens from 9/8 just unlocking the machine to get my clothes back If they do this to the 'thousands' they work with each day that they claim, they are stealing a few thousand a month!
