Dear *** or Madam,I am writing to ask for assistance in recovering an insurance premium deposit that our PEO, Comploy Inc. refuses to refund. My wife, *****, and I owned a small business, ********************** LLC, employing our son and the two of us which we sold in December 2023. During our ownership, we purchased group health insurance through Comploy Inc. beginning in October 2021. When we renewed our health insurance in April 2022, we were charged an additional monthly insurance premium for the three of us (labeled a Med ER Reserve in our payroll register that month). Our representative at the time was *************************** and the president of Comploy is *********************. ********************** explained to me that the deposit was required to protect Comploy in the event they paid an insurance premium on our behalf to the insurer, and we subsequently didn't properly fund payroll to cover the payment made by Comploy. We always properly funded payroll in the 2+ years we were a client, so this was never an issue, and the money was never drawn upon. When we sold the company and no longer needed Comploy's services, I asked for a refund of this deposit and have never received a response to numerous emails and a follow up phone call hence I ask for your help.To support my case, I will attach payroll reports for April 2022 showing payments of this "reserve" totaling $1,927.17 for the three of us. I will also attach payroll invoices for 3/31, 4/15, 4/30 and 5/15 showing routine payments in March and May 2022 and the unusual "double" insurance premium payments in April 2022. I also attach email correspondence. Please let me know if you can help. If you cannot help, please let me know who you think is best suited to help, or whether I need to pursue this on my own (e.g. small claims court?).Thanks in advance for your help!Sincerely,*****************************

They underpaid my federal taxes and are blaming me for my w4 which they took from another company. I never filed a proper w4 with them. They are now stating I owe 1500 because of how they filed my w4. It is not fair that I barely am making bills and now I am forced to pay 1500 due to their error.
