    I purchased a pair of Knockout Original Pillows, as well as a bed sheet set, on Pillow Fight's website on August 8th, which were meant to be shipped the next day at the latest. While the bed sheet set was shipped on the 11th, the pillows were not. On August 16th, I reached out to the company, requesting an update on the shipment. They replied to me on the same day saying that the pillows would be shipped "mid-week this month" and that, after checking my order, I was "*********** be part of our ongoing promotions" and receive an upgrade from the Knockout Original to the GoodPillow Classic for free. I replied to them that I was not interested in an upgrade, and that I really wanted to receive the pillows I had ordered, as these were the ones I was interested in. They acknowledged my email, and said that they would be sending me an extra bed sheet set instead of the upgrade as compensation for the disturbance. When, on August 19th, we finally received the pillows, they were not the ones we had ordered, but the ones from the upgrade we had denied. When I contacted customer support to report this, they informed me, two days later, that the Knockout Original Pillows were actually out of stock, and that I could either get a refund for the pillows I had received or 10% off my next purchase with them. I checked their website and, as I expected, they were still selling the Knockout Original Pillows, with zero indication that they are actually out of stock. Clearly, they had been out of stock since I first purchased them, and the company purposefully lead me on with false upgrades and shipment delays. I have since emailed them twice, and have not received a response to either. As of September 5th, I have also never received the bed sheet set I was promised as compensation for the massive delay I experienced in receiving my order. Their products are good, but their business ethics are terrible!

    the *** *************************** is an online bully and has a terrible response to customer feedback. i purchased the product and shared my review online through ******** the *** subsequently harassed me and tweeted to his 170k followers to report and spam me for my review.

    Got the ******** 2 pack, love the way this pillow feels and that I can adjust to my needs. Delivery was 3 days after I ordered.

    Its rare to find a company that is not only a force for GOOD but one that literally improves your life. I havent slept this well since I was a baby

    Was a bit skeptical, considering the price and the fact that they're a brand new company. I have to say I couldn't be more pleased with this company! There was an issue with my order, and they went above and beyond to make it right. I am now a customer for life!
