    I ordered and pizza with ranch dressing and upon arrival the delivery driver was asked if the ranch was in the box which he checked and said yes. When we open the box a few seconds later there was no ranch. Called the restaurant back and I explained the situation and they said they can refund the ranch. This has happened almost every order from this location at this point. I didnt want the pizza either anymore at this point and was told the owner **** will call back. He did promptly and when I told him the situation he didn't like that I wanted a refund. I understand in the conditions out they wouldn't send back the driver but he said he would refund and he told me to do him a favor and never order from him again. Really don't have a choice when our address goes to that location. Really disappointed and extremely dissatisfied with the customer service/ experience I had with the owner **** after which he hung up on me. I hope I will never have to deal with such an inconsiderate owner again. I'm sure I won't get my 5 dollar cash tip I gave the dishonest driver too. What a shame.
