      I placed the order on your website. The website looked new. It was confirmed and I have a receipt. As stated, I called the store all night and no one ever answered. New system?

      In all the time you said youve never sent this happen, Ive never had to submit a BBB complaint like this and the owner tell me to call the store after entirely failing to deliver and not answering the phone.

      I am happy to assist you to conduct an audit to determine where the processes and systems failed as it was across the board.

      If we did not deliver your order you can always call the store for review....however in 14 years I am not sure that has ever happened.  Was the order placed online?  Through 3rd party?  Happy to make it right.
