    I ordered a pizza with a drink. They did not provide the drink I paid for. I called them to request they deliver the drink and they refused.     On Feb 4-24 I purchased food from the Cadillac little Caesars. My three pizzas were all burned. The three meat and ham mushroom we threw away. The extra cheese was gross but the men ate. They had to work that afternoon and needed more than crazy bread. I ordered online to be picked up at 11. I don't know if your employee didn't allow the oven to preheat or simply didn't pay attention. I would have made them remake but people had to work. I do not pay that much for food to throw it away.

    On January 26th. 2023 I ordered a couple of pizza's and a 2 liter Pepsi from Little Caesar's pizza thru their website for them to deliver to my place of residency. (The delivery service they use to deliver item(s) is thru the company Door Dash). When the delivery driver delivered, he left just one pizza instead of the desired 2 and the soda. I proceeded to call him, the delivery person, then the company, (Door Dash) he works for. When I got in contact with Door Dash, (via online chat) they informed me that the actual money transaction was thru Little ******** and that I needed to contact them to resolve the issue. I then spent time calling Little ******** until the end of their business day with no avail. The next day same issue, calling with no one answering. Enclosed are the online, email receipt Little ******** sends to verify the transaction and the picture of the 1 pizza and soda the delivery person takes to verify his delivery.
