    Date of transaction: 07/06/2023 Two different online orders were placed at 6:22 pm with an order pick up time of 6:45 pm for $14.55 and $37.70. The pick up location was *************************************************************************MOD pizza refused to provide me with a refund on food orders that were made incorrectly upon arrival. The manager ******* refused to provide me with MOD pizzas corporate number. They offered to remake both of my food orders however after waiting almost two hours for food that was placed in advance, offer was declined and a refund was requested in store. Per the manager *******, she called Disbatch and supposedly ******** said a refund could not be given. I also requested the number for Disbatch and ******* refused to provide me with that number. I have left three voicemails for MOD pizzas corporate office and also sent three emails but have not receive a response back via email or phone.The nature of this dispute is theft. I am requesting a full refund on both food orders as I did not receive food nor did I receive a refund.Order Tracking numbers; ***************** *****************

    We at MOD Pizza take all guest complaints seriously and urge our guests to reach out with any issues that arent resolved in store.  We received this guest complaint on July 10th and spoke directly with the guest on July 11th.  In speaking with the guest, we recognize that our manager did not handle the situation appropriately, and have coached the manager on how to handle this better in the future.  We also issued a refund for both orders the guest placed and provided 4 free pizzas/salads through our app for them to use at their earliest convenience.  We hope the guest feels this was adequate and returns to the store or any of our other locations to give us the opportunity to WOW them with our guest service and product.
