On Wednesday, December 01, 2021, I went into this ******** *************** at ********************************************************. for a plasmapheresis donation. The advertised new donor compensation was $95 above the standard base compensation of $30 for return donors which I had received on the donation prior and the donation after this particular visit. I noticed this discrepancy and brought it to the attention of the phlebotomist who insured me i was compensated correctly but did not provide any documentation to show me and stated the system is automated and they have no control of the amount credited to the provided debit card. Months went by and I continued donating. Then Biomat rolled out their new "Donor Hub" where donors could logon and make appointments, see prior visits etc. but included was also the ability to see prior compensations payed for each donation... At which time I noticed on this particular donation from months prior that in fact there was a "manual adjustment" of -$95 made on this donation in December. I again brought this to attention of staff who stated "only managers" can adjust that and recommended I fill out a "donation compensation question" form on their website which i did as well. This went back and forth but my question was never answered as to why would a manager manually adjust my compensation without saying anything to me and then acting as though i was crazy for even asking about it. The bottom line is I was compensated $95 less than what was agreed upon and will not return as a donor until this is resolved!
