We had a bathroom sink totally plugged up and nothing we did helped. I called Applewood Plumbing because they had helped us before and did such a good job. They came that very day and took care of it in five minutes!! They were so helpful; we wIll DEFINITELY call them again in the future.**************

1 starI had two drains cleared last spring. Both plumbers from Applewood said to call before the year warranty is up to have them cleaned again. It was very expensive but they said to call and they would come out for free. I called today to schedule. The customer service representative said only if an active backup would they do that. I was not told that. I was told it was part of the warranty. They mislead me. I will never use them again.Review fromSusan H

Prompt, dependable, professional and courteous. Called before arriving, wore booties in the home, knowledgeable and offered pricing for future work to consider. Not at all pushy. Will definitely consider having them back in the future and purchase the membership to save costs. Great family owned company. 1 starThey advertise getting the job done the first time and being so professional and reliable. My experience was different. The plumber they sent out was sloppy( plumber putty looked like a kid did it) and the solder joint on the water line started leaking 10 minutes after he left. I had to call them at 8PM and of coarse it could not be fixed until next day. If I had not caught this leak it would damaged my basement more than it did. He did not seem very experienced and left water on hardwood floors and did not think to wipe it up. Applewood charges more than other plumbers but the job this guy did was unacceptable. They also bent my water supply line to the swamp cooler which was unrelated to the water heater install. Messy--not trustworthy.---all this for **** dollars?Review fromNicole F
