I am a repeat customer, yet this *********************** utter lack of integrity and complete disregard for customer satisfaction has left me appalled. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. They are careless, unprofessional, and unwilling to stand by their work.The ownership of this company immediately absolves itself of any responsibility for issues stemming from their negligence. I had a service technician come to my home to snake two drain lines (one in the kitchen and one in the tub). Unfortunately, the technician caused damage to the tub line, resulting in water damage to my basement. The company sent the same technician, along with management, to assess the situation. They quoted $4,100 for repairs, but did not take any responsibility for the water damage or the additional drywall repairs that would now be necessary.When I spoke with the owner, ****, he initially gave the impression that he was willing to assist. However, once the situation was laid bare, he and his company flatly refused to contribute to the costs of the damage and repairs they are directly responsible for.

Hello ********, we charged you to perform drain cleaning on the kitchen line, we did not charge you for the tub as the lead piping you have will need replaced due to outdated material. The existing lead drum trap is unserviceable and the line will need replaced to bring it up to current standards, so the tub can be cabled like a normal drain line. We have sent a master plumber out to assess the situation. We have provided a quote to repair this for you at a discounted rate. We have offered a solution for this issue but If your expectation is for us to update your houses lead plumbing for free we will be unable to help.Hyper Flow Service Company

AMAZING! ********************* went above and beyond! He got here quickly, assessed the problem, presented me with options, and got right to work. He took care of everything, and even cleaned up! Then gave us tips to keep things moving smoothly. (and what to do if they didn't) They are priced fairly, and I would recommend them to anyone.Thanks guys! You saved us!Hyper Flow Service Company
