      I hired ***** to serve two of my tenants in ******, ** and paid fees for two separate tenants to be served. On the first attempt to serve, ***** met with one of the tenants and served him both of the papers for both tenants. Once the paperwork was filed with the ****** County Court, the judge dismissed one of the cases because the tenant was not properly served. I communicated with ***** the issue and he told me that he was surprised that the Judge did not accept the service, but that he would go back out and serve the tenant again. When I arrived back to ********, I went to the court and got new papers for ***** to serve and personally went over to the tenants residence to confirm that he was there. I then texted ***** and he advised that he was 30 minuets away and was on his way. ***** arrived and I gave him the papers to serve to the tenant and he went to attempt to serve the tenant and the tenant did not answer the door. After the attempted second serve (When I initially contracted with ***** he advised that I was allowed 4 separate attempts to serve the client for the initial fee), ***** proceeded to tell me that this was an entirely new service and that I owed him an additional $90 ($60 to come out and $30 due to it being a "rush" fee). I advised ***** that I already paid him $60 and $30 rush fee for his services, ***** became upset and started to argue with myself. I requested my documents back multiple times from him and he would not give me the documents.Eventually, him and I agreed to pay the $60 for an attempted serve because I was scared. I paid ***** through Venmo, he then took my paperwork and placed it his car. He then went to the drivers side and took out a crowbar and was staring me down. I for my paperwork and he would not return it. At one point on video he took two steps towards me with the crowbar in hand. He eventually gave me half of my paperwork back and sped off in his car. I called and made a police report ********** PD AP2023-94175
