      Deerwoods is the worst company to rent from. I moved 2 months ago to find out that the house is a nightmare. Everything is dirty, broke, and really old. I have problems with the electricity, mold. I have locks and windows broke, I have a lot of spiders, and they didn't answer my emails. I talked to someone and she said they can't do anything. I paid a high deposit, and a high rent for this house that is worse than a dumpster.

      The resident's concerns that were reported to our office, and that are consistent with the terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement have, and/or are being addressed appropriately and in a timely manner by our office. Specifically:

      1. Electrical Issues: A certified and licensed electrical vendor has been arranged to complete necessary repairs in the home. Our office is working to schedule this with the vendor and will be in contact with the resident to arrange a timeframe that works for all involved parties. This is being actively mitigated. 

      2. Pests: Similarly, a pest vendor has been scheduled to be dispatched to the property in response to the resident's concerns. Again, when a timeframe is arranged, this will be communicated to the resident. In the meantime, our team has been dispatched to the property to set up traps, fill holes, spray, etc. This is being actively mitigated. 

      3. General Maintenance Concerns: Our team has already been dispatched to the property and has completed work related to her concerns regarding, "Everything is dirty, broke, and really old." First and foremost, broken components of the home have been adequately repaired, including but not limited to new locks, patching of sheetrock throughout the house, caulking of windows, and repair of the garbage disposal. We have also cared for the landscaping on multiple occasions, though this is the responsibility of the resident to maintain and upkeep. The professional cleaning company cleaned the entire home prior to move in. As far as the resident's disappointment in the overall property and her satisfaction with it, the home is an older home and was leased regardless. It is the responsibility of the renter to understand the general condition, age, and appeal of the property they are renting. While we will fix broken items, address maintenance issues, and try to provide exceptional service, we cannot change the home itself or otherwise help address the fact that a lease was signed on a unit the renter simply does not like. 

      4. Mold: The resident has not yet reported or otherwise communicated a concern of mold until this complaint. Our office will reach out to attempt to address, but we cannot fix or otherwise help with an issue that is not properly reported or communicated.

      Deerwoods Management, is in violation of an legal agreement for protection from eviction by them which they did renege on just two days after a civil eviction case launch by them was dismissed by the court. They immediately tried to illegally evict me again. Which I have report to the court and ERAP. Deerwoods Management refused for the an entire length of that case to comply with a court order to disclose their rent ledge and other relevant information. Deerwoods Management (*************************) threaten me on 12/01/22 to illegally evict me ASAP with the use of their employees or contactors; without a Writ of Possession from the court or assistance from the ******************* with removal. I have a recording of the conversation which she directly threaten me with this, which I reported immediately to the Jefferson County ******************* Civil Division for their intervention in the matter. They evicted everyone from our apartment complex (6 six units) by December 2022 and raised the rent to $450 than pervious rate for prospectly new tenants. So, far none has the money or 2.5 times the income or perfect background to rent from them.They will try to, evict you without cause, and by illegal means, as quickly as possible even if your rent has been paid up in advance like myself, just to increase their profit margin. After all they are a only shell company own by Saturn Five Control LLC which is ********************************* that does not have pay ** taxes and do ignore federal laws. Free to act and wash what ever Cartel or ******* **************** they wish by their rules and not the ones of ** citizens or their protective laws.Deerwoods Management, needs needs to obey the ******** Revised Statues, and stop the illegal harassments and eviction of law biding tenants. Seeing that the Denver ***** area is at 14 year high for homelessness and one the top 5 cities in the country that is unaffordable to live in with ****** homless state wide.
