      Bad property management company. I terminated my agreement for 2 properties with them. When it was time to turn the properties back to me, they decided to take away all towels and linens from the property, without notifying me in advance. Keep in mind that I was required to purchase 3 sets of towels and linens per number of occupancy in addition to paying $125/month for "linen refresh" fees. When they were confronted about the linens, they decided to leave me a set of linens that were extremely old and in terrible shape, and not the same quality that the properties were stocked with. The properties were not returned in a clean condition. Additional deep cleaning was needed to get the property ready for future bookings with different management. I was also asked to honor the future booking dates on my calendar, which I agreed to. However, they decided to cancel the future bookings and never notified me so I can have my new management company unblock those dates from my calendar. During the process of potentially onboarding a 3rd property with them, their "Chief Biz Dev Officer" told me one thing with regards to furnishing the property, while CEO ****** had completely different requests, including requiring that I utilize their interior designer. They threatened that if I did not utilize their interior designer, they would increase the management fee on the current properties. If I did utilize their interior designer, they maintain the same management fee structure that was agreed upon when I hired them for my 1st short term rental.When I started working with them in 2018, their entire staff can't even seem to keep things straight. There were numerous statement/invoicing issues that I had to point out to their staff, only to get excuses and lied to about what had occurred, before ultimately correcting the issue. Poor communication and management from top to bottom.
