      The Claims and Construction Management Group, LLC was doing work around our ******************** men had utilized my power outlet without my permission. I had reached out to the project manager and left a voice message. I escalate the issue to their main office who then notified me to tell the workers to remove their equipment from my outlet. This worked until I left to pick up my son from ************* were probably unaware that I would return as they plugged in their equipment again, without permission. ***** had attempted to reach out to remedy the issue and I had responded then received no further response afterwards. I have documented ************** of this issue I will be escalating this with my utilities company for power theft as I should not be held responsible for this upcharge ESPECIALLY without being notified or inquired before they actually did it. Very unprofessional & disrespectful.

      I've been trying for 2 months to get **** to fix and repair some of the items on my "Punch List" after they rebuilt my townhome in **********, ** after the Marshal ***** They refuse to even respond to my emails and none of the items are being repaired.
