      STARTED 04-12-2024, Denver Oubllic Library dpl "**** ******" I signed all the documents with a Vita-Tax-assitant to be able to file my taxes through their system they offered, which makes it sort of a business transaction. To whom it concerns:I am writing to your office to explain the problem I have had this tax year. Being 64 years old, I went to the Denver Public Library. The **** ****** offered tax help with a system called VITA-TCE, a program found on the web site of IRS>GOV. You see I filed test taxes on time 04-12-2024, via a ************* site under the help of these Vita-TCE tax assistants, with the instructions to me that as I followed them & sent my taxes into the processor I felt confident, and then as you can see, 5-6 months of rejections, I did not understand where the IP-PIN had been overlooked, not sent to my address on the applying site, but to the irs account unbeknownst to me for all these months. Wow, & the problem happened to be that the public librarian incharge of this Vita program was not very helpful, almost ignorant, & not passing me to the helpers, but insisted on this and that. And then even though the tax slayer site explained it purges its document at the end of the tax year I found my documents I'd been correcting and sending to be processed from the tax slayer .com had disappeared. And the tax year has not ended? Or has it? When does the tax year end? I've contacted the BBB to help in this mess, Because someone has erased documents from the website 1040 PLUS W2s, that I need to send to you. For with this newly found tax-IP_PIN found in my irs account , I am ready. I want to appologyze for I figured this out all by my self, And am asking the extension form be accepted, & the the original filing date be honored, ( 04-12-2024) .
