    Trying to contact from past couple of months because of higher level radon. Its on high level radon reading. promised to install a bigger fan but not yet no response !!!

    Hello *****, I am so sorry for the issues that you are experiencing. Before receiving notice of this concern, you contacted us, and we do seem to have dropped the ball on supporting you properly. As we stated in the email I sent you, we will work with you to solve your high level of radon at no cost to you. I am the new owner of the company as of August of this year, and I'm working on getting any communication issues solved long-term. It does appear that we sold you a warranty in the past, and I will honor that 100%. I have emailed you indicating we would like to start that work next week if you are available. We will complete all this work in October. Thanks for allowing us to make it right.
